The Manassas Symphony Orchestra is proud to partner with The Virginia Commission for the Arts (VCA) and the Virginia Department of Health (VDH) to support the Passport Program, an arts access initiative. This program provides free or discounted tickets to arts organizations across the Commonwealth, including museums, performances, classes, and special events that provide opportunities to engage with the arts ecosystem in Virginia, regardless of income.

Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) card holders are eligible for the Passport Program. Passport holders show their existing WIC cards, issued by VDH, to redeem the discount at the Hylton Performing Arts Center Box Office for all MSO concerts. No additional card required! Eligible patrons may also obtain tickets online by using the code WICPASSPORT.
